How should I care for my bundles?

Wash with a sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner.

Allow the hair to air dry whenever possible.

Use lightweight oils or serums to maintain shine.

Brush or comb gently, starting from the ends and working upward.

Store your bundles or wigs in a satin bag or on a mannequin head when not in use.

Is your hair 100% raw human hair?

Yes! All of our hair is 100% raw, single-donor human hair. Our bundles are ethically sourced, unprocessed, and free from synthetic fibers or chemical coatings. This also means it can be dyed, straightened, or curled. It is also double wefted which means minimal shedding and tangling.

How long does the hair last?

With proper care and maintenance, our raw hair can last 3 years or longer, making it a worthwhile investment.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened, installed, or altered hair. If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll be happy to assist you.

How long do preorder orders take?

Please allow approximately7–14 business days from the date your order is placed for delivery. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
